Business for Simple Realty Services, LLC has been a roller coaster, we are now going on our 3rd year this November 16 2018. It is a very grateful feeling when you see a business generating especially when you have experienced not only the best side but the hard times as well. In business, sometimes things move very slowly, and at other times really fast. You will have moments when you will enjoy what you are doing and and others when you won’t be pleased with how things are going at all. With that being said Simple Realty Services has been part of a lit bit over 10 projects and transactions. Our most recent project was here in the charming area of Treasure Hills here in Harlingen. One of the best experience about the whole project is having a happy seller 1st by solving their real estate situation and offering them the price most convenient for them that will benefit their future approaches in life. 2nd would be having a happy buyer find the home they have always wanted and dreamed of. The recent project on 2613 Cypress Dr, Harlingen Tx Was picked up 4 months after we picked up a neighboring home/ project just like 5 houses down on the same road being 2801 Cypress Dr, Harlingen Tx 78550. Fortunately enough we were able to sell Cypress #1 in less than a week of being on the market back in April of this year 2018. The buyers had mentioned to us that they have been looking for a while already, and haven’t seen the kind of quality of work we produce here in the Rio Grande Valley. So when they first saw the home we are sure that it was love at first sight however that is our opinion, but most likely by their expressions we are not far off. The total time lapse of picking up the property, then redeveloping, then listing the property, and finally closing of the property was a little over 3 months. Our most recent project which we call Cypress #2 for obvious reasons was amazingly only on the market for 2 days before it was “sale pending”. We are truly grateful and humble to announce we have not one but two properties less than a mile away currently under construction. Being redeveloped with the highest quality of materials, and best quality hard work. Properties are here in Harlingen on White tail dr and Clark st, in order to stay tuned just keep following, liking, and sharing our page.
